Our florists is in Balla nearly 16 years. We also have an online store since 2009.
While I know that flowers aren’t a necessity, I also know that for many people they are an uplifting way to keep connected with others when we can’t always be there in person. I hope that we can help to provide moments of comfort by continuing our service for as long as it remains permitted by the Government and safe to do so. Of course, keeping everyone safe, healthy and connected during this uncertain time is a huge priority of mine.
Having our online business has meant we have been fortunate to have been able to increase our online business. You can use our click and collect service or arrange for flowers/gift to be delivered straight to a loved ones door.
1. Following All Government Advice
Contactless Delivery
Our deliveries will all be contactless. Our hand-tied bouquets will be left safely on the doorstep and you won’t need to sign for anything. Our deliveries are managed by Judi and delivered safely by our drivers who are all also following the latest government guidance to keep everyone safe and well.
Protecting People’s Livelihoods
As well as having a duty to keep everyone healthy, I also have a duty to protect my staff and supply partners’ livelihoods at a time of economic difficulty. While our flower packing partners can’t work from home, we have very strict health and hygiene measures in place. This means that they can work safely and in line with the latest government advice, which is encouraging online retail to continue, and allowing work to continue where it can’t be done from home.
Of course our shop is open again to the public and we are adhering to all guidelines in store also.
2. Supporting Our Community
Supporting Those Who Need It The Most With Positive Pick-me-ups
In our digital world it’s hard to escape the news. Sometimes that can feel quite overwhelming and we need a distraction from being stuck at home. So we’ve started sharing content and uplifting photos of our work and microweddings on our social channels in the hopes that we will make you (and your favourite people) smile.
We hope to come up with more ways we can spread thoughtfulness to all our customers during this uncertain time. So watch this space.
Stay safe – we are all in this together!
